We have resumed our normal face to face and telehealth services.

Our XRay service is unavailable until critical infrastructure is rectified.

A triage system may be in place to prioritise face to face consultations vs telehealth consultations, when we have reached our waiting room capacity.

Our computer / network system is now operating again.

We will reopen tomorrow at 8am for face to face and telehealth consultations.

For patients that were expecting a phone call on Friday, unfortunately due to the computer issues, we have been unable to complete these, please contact us again if you still require a telehealth consultations.

Please note the following services are not affected:

  • Pathology: Open from 8:00 AM

  • Phone Consultations: Available from 8:00 AM

  • regular wound dressings

  • all vaccinations, routine injections

  • minor injuries

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete the final preparations to reopen safely.

  • If your visit is non-urgent, we encourage you to utilise our telehealth services on 96234027.

  • We will not be able to accept new patient registrations.

  • Our team has worked hard to fix the damage and make the premises safe for use. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we operate in reduced space during ongoing repairs.

Due to a serious incident overnight, a vehicle has crashed into our medical centre, causing significant damage.

For the safety of our patients and staff, we are currently closed until further notice while repairs are carried out.

We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding during this time.

Telehealth appointments may become available prior to being fully operational. Updates on reopening will be posted here as soon as they are available.

At Astley Medical Centre we endeavour to deliver holistic healthcare across all stages of life. We provide high quality care to our patients by adhering to the highest professional and ethical standards. Located in the heart of St Marys, all our doctors have achieved fellowships of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

We are a bulk-billing, walk-in medical centre, no appointment is necessary to see a doctor; we do however, recommend that you ask for your regular doctor for continuity of care whenever possible. We have very large waiting areas and we are able to adequately social distance our patients.

We currently have 8 full time GPs , 3 Part Time GPs, and 5 GP registrars, as well as a number of allied health services onsite.

Please be advised that if waiting times exceed our closing times we will be required to close early. Please arrive early when possible to ensure you will be seen.
