GP consults fees- bulk billed for patients with medicare card.

Private fees of $70 for consults less than 20 mins ( $80 afterhours / weekends) , $ 110 for consults over 20 minutes ( $120 afterhours / weekends). We accept cash and eftpos.

Out of pocket costs applies for commercial licence renewals, pre-employment checks , implanon care, iron infusions and work related injuries ; some items may be medicare rebatable. Please enquire at reception.

If you are a workcover patient, please supply a claim number, insurer and employer details at your first appointment.

Patient record transfer - you can request your complete record in CD form - $30 fee


Home Visits : If you are unable to come to the practice due to a medical condition, and you are a regular patient , your doctor may carry out a home visit at their discretion.

Test results : If you need to discuss test results with your doctor, please make a follow up appointment, or you may ask for a telehealth consult .

Non-English speaking background patients : We provide a health service for a diverse multicultural population. Patients who do not speak English or who are more proficient in another language, have the choice of utilising the Interpreter Service or a translator who may be a family member or a friend. However, we do not encourage you to use a family member, especially a child, as a translator.

Translating service : can be arranged, if you require this service please notify the receptionist when you book your appointment, telephone interpreting service can be provided at short notice.


Reminder/recall system: We use a computerised reminder system for preventative and continuing care to remind you of certain tests falling due or appointments, eg. diabetes tests, cervical screening. We also use a recall system for follow-up of abnormal results. We will ask for your consent to participate in health reminder systems. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Privacy and your health record : Your medical record is a confidential document. It is our policy to maintain the security of personal health information at all times and to ensure that this information is only available to authorised staff.

Feedback : If you have a compliment or complaint, there are feedback forms and envelopes in the waiting area for you to complete at any time. You may choose to may remain anonymous and can return the form by mail or hand it to reception in a sealed envelope. If you are not satisfied with the response to a complaint, you may contact the Health Care Complaints Commissioner. Your rights and responsibiities - unacceptable behaviours : We have a zero tolerance to aggressive, abusive, threatening language or inappropriate behaviours towards our staff. Persons who violate our zero tolerance policy will be sent an official letter to notify them that our medical centre will no longer provide any medical service unless in life threatening situations.
